In Residence Gold Istra we offer a unique experience of relaxation and comfort. Padna and the countryside
Padna is an idyllic village, that will impress its visior by breathtaking views of nearby hills and the bay of Piran, intact nature and piece. If you look closely, you can see that Padna combines all of the important features of Istrian village. Houses are all tightly arranged around the square, where you will find the Church of St. Blaž. Next to the church, there is 26 meters high bell tower, which was built in 1885 by the locals. The village was once a home of one of the most important sloveniar painters from 20th century, Božidar Jakac. In the surroundings of Padna you can visit a handful of villages with unique sights. Following one road, you will enter Nova vas and Sveti Peter, while following the other road you will enter Šmarje, Koštabona and others.
